Compilation Engagements

In a compilation engagement, we assist management in preparing compiled financial information under the applicable professional standard and attach a compilation engagement report. A compilation does not provide assurance.

Compilations are often used by owner-managed businesses for internal, tax, or lender purposes, subject to the user’s requirements. We confirm the intended use, the accounting basis, the records required, and whether a lender or other user needs a higher level of assurance before we begin.
